The following information is aimed and designed to not only protect the interests of English Wizards as a brand and for-profit company, but also the countless hours and time that goes into immigration by each human, working tirelessly behind the scenes to maintain our resources and platform for the benefit of all.
It’s not without due recognition to our most valuable partners that provide support, advice, and assistance across many topics, from legal to taxation to government policy change and much more.
With every customer, we put in countless hours from the first video call to over 100 emails on average. While we understand there are some situations that cause for negotiation as a whole. These terms ensure we are not taken for granted, disrespected, and time wasted with such important topics.
We provide extreme transparency & information for all customers to read, acknowledge, and understand before making the commitment.

✅ Processing Information

Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, LTD., requiring agreement to Stripe’s payment terms.

Klarna, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency payments must be made to accounts listed on our payments page.

Payments to unlisted accounts will not be accepted.
✅ Currency

All programs, products, and services are priced in USD, unless otherwise noted.

Payments are also accepted in EUR, GBP, and PLN to respective accounts listed on our payments page or made available through payment links.

Bank transfer payments in other currencies may incur currency exchange and transfer charges, which are the responsibility of the payer.

All received payments may include Stripe fees (1.5%–3%) and currency conversion costs.

Full or partial refunds will have these fees deducted.

Discounts from bundling services or upgrading to a payment plan are forfeited upon downgrading.

Payment to English Wizards constitutes consent to data collection per our privacy policy.
✅ Legal Jurisdiction

Payments to English Wizards (Wiz Global LLC) fall under U.S. law.

Suspected fraudulent payments will be rejected and reported to authorities.
💼 Payments for Program Fees

Program fees and included services are listed on each program’s page.

Only services and features explicitly listed are included in your program fee. Anything not mentioned is not included
Registration Requirements

Program registration is open to suitable candidates only.
-
English Wizards reserves the right to cancel and refund fees if the candidate is deemed unsuitable.

Program fees can be paid in full or split into installments, with a non-refundable deposit of $500 due at registration and $95 the following month.
-
Up to three-month installment plans incur a 5% fee; plans over four months incur a 10% fee.

Job Placement services require full payment before job placement at an English Wizards partner school and are deemed fulfilled when the customer receives at least 1 offer from a school.

No arrival support services or other services will be delivered without payment.
Refund Policy
Program fees, including deposits and installments, are non-refundable, with exceptions only if:

The program is canceled, and no suitable alternative is available.
-
The participant is deemed unsuitable for the program, or services cannot be delivered as promised.

Job Placement services are not delivered or met within the advertised time window (refunded only for that program component).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and, if approved, are processed via the original payment method.

Deductions will be made based on invested team resources such as video & audio calls conducted, total internal follow-up activities and total email sent & received which are collectively assigned a base rate of $250.

To keep our industry fair, we take into account the total time spent with a customer, directly and behind the scenes. This is how we respect the time of people that give themselves to immigration & relocation education.

Refunds are not granted for changes of mind.
⏰ Timeliness & Communication Clause
When working with English Wizards, schools, partners or services that depend on timely responses, delays can cause serious disruptions to immigration timelines, legal filings, job placements, and trust. Therefore:

You are expected to respond to any communication related to placement, immigration, documentation, or official services within 24–48 hours.
-
A maximum delay of 72 hours is permitted under our current policy. Failure to respond within this window may result in your application being paused or closed.
-
Persistent communication delays, even if individually under the 72-hour threshold, may be considered disrespectful and a violation of community values — especially where it affects others relying on your action or availability.
These expectations exist to protect both the teachers and schools we serve, and to ensure the continued success of our community-led ecosystem.
Refund eligibility for any service contingent on communication is automatically forfeited unless a verifiable emergency (medical, legal, or otherwise) is documented and approved by English Wizards.
🛬 Arrival and Orientation

Physical presence in Poland is required for the scheduled program date.

Orientation dates are available on our website, and travel arrangements must be confirmed at least one month prior.

There are many things that go into our orientation week, from seats on buses to tickets and countless human hours in planning.

Attendance at orientation is encouraged but not mandatory.
-
Program date modifications may incur additional fees and are subject to approval.
❌ Dismissal
Participants may be dismissed, without refund, for:

Unprofessional or inappropriate behavior

Damaging the reputation of English Wizards

Violating terms, contracts, or laws
🔧 Payments for Other Services
Support Services
It is important to understand exactly what is and is not included in purchased services or packages. They are clearly laid out on all webpages.
Fulfillment Terms

Airport Pickup service requires flight information or a start date/time/location.
-
Confirmation of service fulfillment is emailed within five business days after payment and flight information is provided.
-
Failure to show up or provide adequate notice for changes will result in the service being deemed as used.
-
We do not provide insurance against other forms of transport and delays.
-
Accommodation and medical insurance packages require arrival details at least 7 days before the requested start date, but 2 weeks is ideal if all problems are to be avoided.

Medical Insurance Packages are valid for 12 months.
-
Accommodation Packages are valid for 14 nights from arrival, unless customized.
Refunds and Modifications

Refunds for support services are available only before fulfillment.
-
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may incur deductions for transaction & currency conversion fees.

Support services can be upgraded or downgraded before fulfillment.
-
Refunds or additional charges apply based on the chosen adjustment.
-
Non-compliance with refund procedures will result in immediate rejection of the request.
Visa & Residence Permit Support

English Wizards is not liable for visa or permit rejection.

Government fees for visas and permits are not included in support service fees but are included in some packages.
💳 Monthly Payment Terms
Private medical insurance, accounting services, and Multisport can be paid monthly.

Payment is due on the 1st day of each month for the following month’s service.

Non-payment can lead to service cancellation and interest penalties for accounting services from the government & accountant.

Monthly accounting service fees are non-refundable.
-
If paid upfront, a partial refund may apply based on the service status.

Full Refunds

Approved in cases of program cancellations by English Wizards, participant unsuitability, or failure to provide promised services.

Support services are refundable if canceled prior to fulfillment.

All standard transaction & currency conversion fees, as well as time spent for any service, will always be factored in and considered.

Partial Refunds

Deducted based on resources expended by English Wizards, or if an accounting service has partially begun.

If individual services are cancelled and this results in the customer no longer holding any active services beyond the minimum deposit or visa package fee, it will be treated as a full cancellation by English Wizards, and all terms and conditions outlined here will apply.

Procedure

Refund requests must be made in writing and follow the outlined procedures to be eligible.

All standard transaction & currency conversion fees, as well as time spent for any service, will always be factored in and considered.

Regardless of the refund amount, if one is granted by English Wizards, it will be processed starting the following calendar month.

In situations where the standard immigration and program processing time was not adhered to, the refund will commence the month that follows any pathway standard processing time. These can be reviewed here at any time.
