General Terms

These terms exist to protect the interests of English Wizards (operated by Wiz Global LLC, USA) and to ensure fair compensation for the substantial time and expertise invested in immigration, relocation, and educational support.

Every customer interaction involves detailed coordination with legal, tax, and policy partners. These terms ensure mutual respect for that effort and transparency for every participant.

All customers are required to read and understand these terms before making any payment or commitment.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and English Wizards and supersede any prior communications, proposals, or representations. No oral, verbal, or informal modification shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by English Wizards.

Accepted Payment Methods

• English Wizards accepts payments via:

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Klarna (for U.S. citizens)

  • WISE

  • Bank transfer

  • Cryptocurrency

  Payments must be made only to accounts listed on the official website.
  Payments to unlisted accounts are invalid and will not be accepted.

For cryptocurrency transactions, the exchange rate is fixed at the moment of confirmed receipt. Any refund, if approved, will be issued in the fiat-currency equivalent of that value at the time of payment, not in cryptocurrency.

Processing Information

• Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Europe, LTD, subject to Stripe’s own payment terms.

• Klarna, bank-transfer, and cryptocurrency payments must use the official payment details supplied by English Wizards.

Currency and Fees

All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
Payments may also be accepted in EUR, GBP, or PLN through designated accounts.
Any currency-exchange or bank-transfer fees are the payer’s responsibility.

Processing and conversion fees (typically 1.5 %–3 %) apply to all received payments.
Full or partial refunds always have these fees deducted.
Discounts or promotions obtained through bundled or installment plans are forfeited if the plan is downgraded, cancelled, or refunded.

GDPR & Data Protection

All payment and customer data are processed under EU GDPR and the English Wizards Privacy Policy.
Payment constitutes consent to this data processing.

Legal Jurisdiction & Severability

All payments to Wiz Global LLC are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full effect.
The English version of this document prevails over any translation.

Suspected fraudulent activity will be rejected and reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or proceeding, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred.

Program Payments

Registration Requirements

Program registration is open only to suitable candidates.
English Wizards may cancel or refund if an applicant is deemed unsuitable.
No service begins without verified full or installment payment.

Installment Plans

Program fees can be paid in full or by installment, with a non-refundable $500 deposit due at registration and $95 payable the following month.

Approved installment plans include finance surcharges applied to the remaining balance:

Surcharges apply only to the balance beyond the initial deposit.
By choosing an installment plan, you acknowledge this as a fair cost of credit under commercial law, not consumer lending.
By choosing an installment plan, the customer authorizes English Wizards or its payment processor to apply recurring charges until the full balance, including any approved surcharge, is paid in full.

All installments must be completed before the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Job Placement Services

Placement services require full payment before activity begins and are deemed fulfilled once the participant receives at least one verified offer from a partner school.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

Program deposits and installment payments are non-refundable, except when:

• The program is cancelled by English Wizards and no suitable alternative is available.

• The participant is deemed unsuitable for participation.

• English Wizards fails to deliver a service explicitly promised in writing.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind or incorrect program selection.

• Failure to read published program information.

• Client delay or non-response.

Deductions & Administrative Costs

If a refund is approved, the following deductions apply:

• Actual payment-processor and currency-conversion fees.

• Administrative deductions for work performed:

  • Each major engagement phase (video / audio call, internal follow-up, or ≥ 10 emails) = $250.

Each $250 charge is a reasonable pre-estimate of internal costs and damages (liquidated damages), not a penalty.
If total deductions exceed the payment, no cash refund is issued.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds apply only if a service has begun but not been completed.
If a customer cancels remaining services leaving only a deposit or visa fee active, this constitutes full cancellation and all non-refund terms apply.

Time Limit for Requests

All refund or credit requests must be made in writing within 30 calendar days of payment or before the scheduled service start date, whichever comes first.
After this period, refund rights automatically expire, and failure to request a refund constitutes waiver of eligibility.

Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 45 calendar days of approval.
If project processing delays are due to client inaction, the 45-day count starts once all required information is supplied.

Communication Policy

Clients must reply to all official correspondence within 72 hours.
Failure to respond to two documented follow-ups within 14 consecutive days is deemed abandonment.
Abandoned services are considered fulfilled and closed, and all paid funds are earned in full by English Wizards.

Refund eligibility may be reinstated only upon documented medical, legal, or other verified emergencies approved by English Wizards.

Arrival & Orientation

Physical presence in Poland is required for the scheduled orientation date.
Travel must be confirmed at least one month prior.
Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.
Changes to dates require approval and may incur additional fees.

Dismissal

Participants may be dismissed without refund for:

• Unprofessional or inappropriate behavior;

• Damaging the reputation of English Wizards;

• Violating laws, contracts, or these terms.

Support & Other Services

Fulfillment Definition

A service is considered fulfilled once any part of the deliverable—consultation, scheduling, document drafting, or partner handoff—has been performed.
By making payment, the customer acknowledges that such administrative activity constitutes partial fulfillment.

Fulfillment is considered achieved even when completion depends on third-party entities or government bodies beyond the direct control of English Wizards.

Refunds and Modifications

Support-service refunds are available only before fulfillment.
All approved refunds deduct processor and currency fees.
Upgrades or downgrades before fulfillment will be priced accordingly.
Failure to follow refund procedures voids eligibility.

Visa & Residence Permit Support

English Wizards is not liable for visa or permit rejection.
Government filing fees are excluded unless expressly included in a package.

Monthly Services

Monthly subscription services (e.g., accounting, medical insurance, Multisport) must be paid one month in advance.
Example: Payment for October services is due at the beginning of September.

Payments are due on or before the 1st day of the preceding month.
Non-payment may result in suspension, cancellation, or statutory penalties.

Monthly accounting fees are non-refundable.
If prepaid annually, partial refunds apply only for unused full months not yet commenced.

Late or missed payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Credit Conversion Option

At English Wizards’ discretion, erroneous or duplicate payments may be converted into non-expiring credit toward future services.
Conversion to credit constitutes final settlement and waives any further refund rights.

Force Majeure

English Wizards is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or network failures.
In such cases, services may be rescheduled, modified, or converted to credit at English Wizards’ discretion.

Definitions

• Program Fees: Total cost for core program participation.

• Support Services: Add-on logistics such as orientation, housing, insurance, or translation.

• Fulfillment: The moment any deliverable or administrative work begins.

• Administrative Deduction: $250 per major engagement phase (video call, internal follow-up, or ≥ 10 emails).

• Abandonment: No response after two follow-ups within 14 days.
