Pickup is designed for groups arriving together. Kraków is fully handled. If individuals arrive separately, we can support a safe transfer plan, but it changes logistics (details confirmed during planning).
Leaders are safeguarding trained and background checked. Under-18 participation requires appropriate adult supervision, and we maintain a 1:6 leadership ratio.

Participants pay a program fee. EW is for-profit and does not accept participant “donations.” After the program, EW donates the stated support amounts from program revenue to your sending organization and to local Kraków ministry support, plus the Impact Fund activities.
