Pickup is designed for groups arriving together. Kraków is fully handled. If individuals arrive separately, we can support a safe transfer plan, but it changes logistics (details confirmed during planning).

Leaders are safeguarding trained and background checked. Under-18 participation requires appropriate adult supervision, and we maintain a 1:6 leadership ratio.

  • Cancel 60+ days before arrival: full refund minus $150 per participant.
  • Cancel 30–59 days before arrival: full refund minus $250 per participant.
  • With less than 30 days’ notice, teams may request to transfer to another week (subject to availability).
  • If a program is cancelled, Sending Organization Support is not issued.
