Immigration

Begin your immigration process. Depending on your situation, this may mean applying for a Type-D national visa from your home country, or entering visa-free and applying for a Temporary Residence Permit once in Poland.

If you're job hunting in Poland: you may begin once you’ve received a Type-D visa, or if visa-free, once your work permit is issued (or if your pathway doesn’t require one). Remote workers and digital nomads must update employers or clients with their new Polish residency and payment details after Step 8.
