Work Permit

Our legal team will begin the process of getting your working papers in order right away. Depending on your nationality and how long the Polish embassy in your country takes to process things, this can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 8 months, so we recommend applying early! You’ll have to provide us with scans of a few documents and sign a few papers, but otherwise, this will be done entirely by our team - no need to touch any legal paperwork yet!

It’s never too early to start thinking about where you’re going be teaching! As you wait for the work permit, you can take advantage of our job-searching resources and guidance, including our online portal and CV tools, to start lining up potential job opportunities. If you have registered for our Placement Package, this is when you should start hearing from some of our partner schools.

Get Your Work Visa

Once your work permit is approved, the next step is to make a quick trip to your nearest Polish embassy or consulate and obtain a 1-year work visa. Alternatively, if you are already in Poland, you can do this at the Immigration Office in your city. We’ll provide you with all the necessary documents and walk you through the process.

Now that you have all your paperwork and travel documents in order, it’s time to make travel plans! We can help you find affordable flights, travel medical insurance, temporary accommodation, with our amazing arrival support.

Land in Poland

Safe travels! When you land in Poland, a member of our team will be waiting for you at the airport to help you with your luggage and take you to your arranged accommodation. We’ll give you a day or two to rest and find some nice pierogi nearby before one of our team members will meet you to help you set up a bank account, get a phone plan, find a long-term apartment, get a tax number, say dziękuję, and more.
