See the tasting experience, the people behind it and the kind of curiosity the next edition is built for.
Coffee culture has plenty of expensive coffee. But price, latte art, and attractive branding do not prove that a cup is good.
Coffee Decoded gives you the sensory language, scientific understanding, and professional standards to judge for yourself. You will learn why coffee tastes the way it does, how preparation changes it, and how to recognise when a café is, or is not, delivering the quality its prices suggest.
The experience
Robert will prepare four hot coffees using espresso, V60, drip, and French press. You will taste every cup with a guided sensory wheel, compare aroma, acidity, sweetness, bitterness, body, and finish, and describe what changes.
The final reveal connects the entire experience and makes the lesson stick.
This is not a hands-on brewing class. Every coffee is prepared for you so your attention stays on calibration, comparison, and understanding.

Coffee enthusiasts are at the heart of Coffee Decoded. Baristas, servers, café owners, managers, and other hospitality workers are strongly encouraged to take the training seriously: it will level up how you evaluate, describe, and serve coffee.
No previous coffee training is required. The experience is entirely in English. Coffee served during the tasting is caffeinated; decaf is not available.
Tell us where you are and we will let you know before the next Coffee Decoded tickets go public.
No long questionnaire. Just your email and city.
Future-edition details will be announced to the priority list first.
Joining the list does not reserve a ticket. It simply means you will hear first when the next Coffee Decoded opens.
